Terms and Conditions :

One year minimum.  Two months deposit and one month advance.  The two months deposit will be returned after the lease has been completed. 

There are no limits on how many people can stay in a room, but to ensure a comfortable stay for you , the maximum is three to a room. 

The lease is open to men and women. 

The rooms are strictly for residential purposes and no commercial activities will be allowed.

There is no curfew as these units are rented out as private rooms.  The gates will be closed at 11:00 PM for security, but a guard will open the door when you ring the door bell.
